Independent Counseling Service of Spokane
June 1, 2020: With the current health crisis created by Covid-19 and Washington State's Stay Home Stay Healthy Order, we are proceeding to provide services to our clients as an essential provider of services. Each clinician is working or has developed a separate platform to provide Telehealth services. We ask that if you are interested in such service, to contact your insurance company to learn about your coverage. At present, some clinicians are seeing clients in the office as well as offering Telehealth services. As we get more information from each clinician as to their Telehealth platform, we will list it on their individual page.
Our answering service is located offsite and has been a reliable means for communication. If you have a situation that has more urgency for your clinician, you can ask the service to contact the clinician and relay your concern. As always, if there is an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Please see further information on the "contact page."
We are striving to keep a clean environment and are asking for your help with this. For the safety and health of everyone, please cancel your in office appointment if you have any symptoms of illness including, but not limited to: an active cough, sneezing, shortness of breath or a fever of 100.4 or higher. You will not be charged for sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice due to these circumstances. Please recognize that your clinician reserves the right to cancel your appointment if you are displaying such symptoms. We are thanking you for your cooperation.
